This East Facing plot of 35,000 sq ft area consists an independent IT corporate office in SEZ, Gandhinagar which provides IT services across the globe. The client wanted to design the Corporate Headquarter having a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment that too without overlooking all the architectural & Interior designing aspects. To give a significant identity to the building, it is wrapped with the exterior materials like Exposed Brick Cladding and Grey Textures.
Entering the Corporate Office, one can observe a grandeur & luxurious Reception Area. The double height Reception & Waiting Area adds a grandeur & luxurious look to the space. The space is highlighted with a soothing combination of Greyish Flamed Brick Cladded wall with cement texture and Suspended metal ceiling with wood like tone. The reception table is beautified by using the wooden fluted panels with corian top having a curved backdrop.
Zoning played a key role in planning the space to seamlessly weave all the diverse spaces and give a connectivity everywhere without loosing the privacy of the users.
The position of MD & Director’s office is done in such a way that it is secluded from the Common Activities without loosing the connectivity with all the zones. The customized modular furniture in the offices reduces the overall maintenance. The calming ambiance is created by using muted color palette with the soothing combination of Greys & Browns.
The passage acts as a connecting link between all the zones of Public & Private activities. The provision of cut-outs in the slab covered with glass top fetches natural light through out the daytime and provides positive vibes to the employees.
The Conference room with a capacity of 9 people has been decorated with MCM cladding, Relwood, & Acoustic panels creating a soothing ambiance in the space.
To make the employees feel connected with the nature, their activities are oriented in such a way that it gets ample amount of natural light & ventilation. We have used greyish modular furniture having a soothing contrast of greyish flooring. Whereas the relwood ceiling adds warmth to the space.
