The design team aimed to create an environment that exudes both joy and sophistication, balancing playful elements with refined materials. Vibrant hues and whimsical forms adorn the space, while stained natural wood, marble, and stainless steel add elegance. Stepping into We Are Emma, visitors are greeted by a welcoming retail space, where a friendly host introduces the salon’s services and showcases their extensive hair care products. The space is characterized by organic shapes and an eye-catching pink color palette, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. An arched opening dominates the space, beckoning guests to explore the hairstyling area beyond. This archway, a signature element of Masquespacio’s design, serves as a playful and inviting transition into the heart of the salon experience.
Venturing into the hairstyling area, the focus shifts towards the unexpected yet delightful addition of a bar corner. This inviting space invites guests to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink while awaiting their appointment, adding a touch of leisure and enjoyment to the salon experience. The bar is not exclusively for salon patrons but warmly welcomes anyone from the neighborhood, blurring the lines between beauty and social gathering. This innovative element elevates the overall experience, seamlessly blending haircare with a sense of community.
To the right of the bar, a series of hairstyling pods emerge, designed to strike a perfect balance between privacy and openness. These open capsules offer clients a sanctuary to disconnect from the outside world and immerse themselves in their hair treatment. Each pod features luxurious seating arrangements, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the beauty session. The elegant fusion of marble and gold materials in these pods further enhances the salon’s sophisticated ambiance, adding a touch of timeless elegance to this special area.
Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the salon is the washing station area, a designated space for clients to experience a moment of serenity as their hair is washed. Intentionally separated from the other areas, this tranquil haven embodies the concept of relaxation and rejuvenation. Soft ambient lighting, the gentle hum of running water, and comfortable reclining seats create an atmosphere of pure tranquility, allowing guests to fully surrender to the pampering experience.
