A Tranquil Villa Renovation in Gold Valley, Lonavala

In the beautiful scenery of Gold Valley, Lonavala, there was a stoic little villa that had
gone unnoticed until now. Unveiling immense potential, it was an ideal choice for an
investment-oriented client. With ample space waiting to be harnessed and integrated, we
seized the opportunity to craft a meticulous renovation plan.
Executed amidst the monsoon rains of 2023, our project unfolded swiftly, guided by
seasoned local contractors. Originally constructed in the early 2000s, the villa boasted a
fusion of modern design elements and traditional local construction methods, resilient
against the valley’s inclement weather.
The centrepiece of our renovation was the creation of a seamless extension, gracefully
accommodating dining and kitchen spaces. This strategic move liberated room for a
ground-floor master bedroom, significantly enhancing the property’s value. Effortlessly
extending from the living room, the extension’s design blurs indoor-outdoor boundaries,
highlighted by a tranquil courtyard nestled between the dining and living areas.
Throughout the villa, a subtle interplay of white walls, wooden furniture, and hints of
metal sets a serene backdrop. It uses hues of brown arches strategically placed to create
focal points throughout the house. It creates a fresh atmosphere by tastefully combining
subtle traditional textures with modern design elements.
From modest landscaped areas celebrating the valley’s beauty to inviting interiors fostering humble living, our renovation breathes new life into this forgotten paradise.
